After Franco's dictatorship Spain became a democratic, social state of right based on parliamentary monarchy. However, about a fifth of Spanish population declares itself pro-republic because before the dictatorship there was a socialist republic in which freedom of press was limited the most in Spanish history.
In 2012, this rapper published several songs with threatens and sexist commentaries against the royal family. The Supreme Court has recently confirmed a sentence of three years and a half. Should freedom of speech tolerate those types of comments?
