During the 80's and 90's Galicia, a region in Northern Spain, suffered a wave of drug-dealing. In 2012 a reporter wrote a book about real facts as a chronic.
Last month one of the real persons who appeared in the book, sued the author because he wrote about a fact he could not prove real. As a result, the book has been retired and there are still trials about the topic. When defaming, should this be the correct way to act?

Cassandra Vera
ETA is a terrorist organisation which, demanding independence for the Basque Country, murdered 820 people between 1959 and 2011, being the last European terrorist group to declare the ceasefire. In 1973, during Franco's dictatorship, ETA assassinated the President of the Government Luis Carrero Blanco by blowing his car up.
Since then, there had been "jokes" about it within the Spanish society. However, in 2016 Cassandra was condemned to one year of prison accused for enhancing of terrorism, Spanish which is a crime included in the Spanish Penal Code. However, some weeks ago the Supreme Court absolved her. So, is it okay to mock about terrorism victims, regardless of their political ideology?
